Da Q: Hustle

Da thang: a jump rope was told to be brought. At various points along the treacherous and perilous snow-covered sidewalk and trail, we stopped at various points to jump some rope. At each point, we did 150 jumps: started with normal jumps; then side-to-side; then front-back jumps; then alternating jumps lastly when we reached McCord road. We stopped at the same points coming back and it was ‘choice’ on what jump to perform. We finished back at Ant Hill and did 100 jumps to reach 1000 total.
We did 1 lap around the school doing a walk, jog, sprint routine. Every time the right foot touched up to 20 when walking, we then did a mosey-like jog x 20 steps with our right foot, then progressed to ‘sprints’, again up to 20 with the right foot hitting. We finished with 50 as-fast-as-you skips of the rope.
Total distance was 3.6 miles with 1050 jumps of the rope.
No one was the 6 today (only 5 guys). Prayer intentions were verbalized followed by the COT.
Thanks to the HIM who showed up this morning for a change in the usual run. I am honored and privileged to have led.
