9 Pax members joined Cogsworth on 4 mile run that started at the parking lot of Stranahan Elementary by presenting the five core principles of F3, into the University trail aka HRT. These brave members included: Ozzie, Hedgehog, Mr Belding, Rose, Hustle, Ticket, Ollie, Cesaer, and Cogsworth. At the end of our run COT was done and we prayed for patience and guidance to become better leaders in our homes, work, and community.
