Started with the 5 core principals and probably forgot the disclaimer…my bad.
Warm up with 15 SSH IC
The Thang:
Run with some PT mixed in. We ran 3 miles and stopped every mile and did 25 merkins IC, 15 IBC’s IC and 10 squats IC. The route was south on Holland-Sylvania to the bike trail, then east out to 1.5 miles and back. When we got back we did another round of PT, then one lap around the building then one last round of PT. In total we did 3.3 miles, 100 merkins, 60 LBC’s and 40 squats.
Ended with count-o-rama, name-o-rama, and COT.
