Twas beautiful morning at the HRT Tuesday run. Wanted to mix it up so we ran to a new playground/workout space next to ward pavilion for a 8 min beatdown with monkey bars, pull-ups, dips, Punching bag, walking dips, elevated merkins. Was a good chance to check our space for future workout ideas.
Interval sprints/hogs on way back. Oz had us go in blue trail to get more mileage and we also ran the stairs twice for some incline work as we did 30 seconds sprint/30 seconds jog all the way back
1.75 miles to the short workout and then 3 miles back for 4.75 total. Great work put in by all 8 pax!
Goose was the 6. Strong work men!
