   10 PAX hit the Heart Rate Trail this morning. Assuredly, heart rates were elevated!

   Was a beautiful morning to post, and great to see so many cars in the parking lot with the Ruckers already out. YHC just realized that he didn’t go over the core principles, a disclaimer, or the mission statement! Guess we just go right into it!

   Warm up: @1 mile run on Red Trail to stables, followed by dynamic stretching (lunge walk, toy soldier, side shuffle, karaoke, high knees, butt kicks)

   Workout: @0.75 mile run on Blue Trail to bottom of hill. PAX then did hill repeats X 5 (.20 miles up and down, about 20 feet elevation gain). @1 mile of hill running with over 100 feet of elevation gain.

   Cool Down: @0.80 mile run along Blue-Purple-Red Trails back to start point
