Da thang: it’s the first Thursday and that means The Murph workout, in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave the ultimate sacrifice, with his life, in order to help save his fellow soldiers:

100 pull-ups
200 Merkins (this was done hand-release style)
300 air squats
1 mile run
