Today is the first Thursday of December, so that means one thing at Ant Hill: We Murph!

COT: We gave thanks for our country, asked for protection for our military and first responders. We prayed for a lot of people dealing with cancer and other illness.
It is always an honor to lead. Thanks to the 13 men who came out and pushed themselves and each other, hard. Everyone finished the Murph prior to the COT. There was a splash of Merlot just prior to the COT.
