Workout:
9 rounds, 3 exercises of 12 reps, 2 sets of each exercise and run to fence and back. repeato until song is over
Round 1: Man Makers w/ block, Big Boy Sit ups, Buster Poseys
Round 2: Curls w/ Block, LBCs, squats
Round 3: Block Thrusters, Wide Merkins, V ups
Round 4: Block Leg Raises,Burpees, Jump Squats
Round 5: Skull Crushers, hammer, lunges
Round 6: Goblet Squat, merkins, Klinger Kicks
Round 7: Block Swings, Mt. Climbers, side lunges
Round 8: Overhead Press, Freddie Mercuries,, Lt. Dan
Round 9: Block Rows, Imperial walkers,, hand release merkins.
