Warm up: Intro – 20 Side straddle hops
The Thang:
On first roll… 2,3,12 – 10 stump huggers
On first roll… 7,11 – imperial walkers
Every other number has an exercise associated with it below. This establishes the first point.

-3- lieutenant dans
– 4 big boys
– 5 Carolina dry docks
– 6 – pull-ups
– 8 – merkins
– 9 – squat twists
– 10 – Freddy mercuries
– 11 – side lunges
– 12 – bear crawls
Once first exercise is done, when someone rolls 7. Whole group does 7 stumps and runs laps equaling number of points we achieved.
– 7 Stump huggers and 10 pull ups.
– They finish with laps until main group is gone.
Every other number is listed below.
Halfway through the workout we went to running laps on every 7 roll. The number of laps depended on how many points we had done to that point.
