Started with 5 core principles SSH, and Windmills
The thang:
Each pax would perform 11 exercises and 11 reps for the 11th day of March. Exercises were:
1. Merkins
2. Hand Release Merkins
3. Plank Jacks
4. Big Boys
5. LBC
6. Klinger Kicks
7. American Hammer
8. Crunchy Frog
9. Imperial Walker
10. Lunges
11. squats
When pax would finish all 11 exercises they would run down to the fence and back. (300 yards in total). Upon completing their run, they would then perform 7 exercises all with a block 10 reps for the 70th day of the year. The exercises were:
1. Man Makers
2. Curls
3. Rows
4. Block swing
5. Goblet Squat
6. Overhead Press
7. Block leg raises
Once Pax completed all 7 exercises they would run a lap around the school. Come back and Repeato 11 exercises, run, 7 exercises, run.
Ended with COA and COT
PAX: mole, tupac, poodle, bullock, kasem, sipe, hedgehog, leap, Koresh, belding, Johnny.
