Today we put a twist on the murph.
We pushed a weighted sled 1 mile
100 pull ups
200 dips
300 squats
Ran one mile.
The pax’s were:
Splinter, Ollie, Lochte, Nails, Bullock, Klinger, Beaker, Kasem, Ticket, Shake N Bake, Cinnimons, Irish Springs, and Sipe.
