Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    The Thang:
    Bongo decided that with his 7 month long falling in love with rucking process, that it was time to lead a pre-ruck. Plus, he wanted to beat Mercy to the chase!

    6 PAX, including the Q stepped off for just some good ole fashioned rucking which included plenty of mumble chatter. Q was smart enough in advance to realize he sucks at directions, so he assigned Mercy to take the lead.

    2.75 miles of rucking was completed in just under an hour.

    Purpose, Mission Statement, 5 Core principles
    The Thang: Mercy gave me a voluntold to grab the Q for the Battlefield. His only stipulation was to make him regret it. So, I hope I succeeded and remember that this was Mercy’s fault.
    The exercises: 100 Burpees, 100 Coupon Curls, 100 Goblet Squats, 100 Big Boi situps, Run the theatre, Then rounds of 75, run, rounds of 50, run, and round of 25, run.
    Six: Bongo
    Prayer, annoucements, naming of the new PAX circle of trust
