Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    We had ourselves a party! Pre-blasting the workout drew in a few more HC’s looking for that push, so we brought it today.

    Pile blocks in center of cones
    Start at station 1, Run from station to station
    Station 1 – 15 monkee humpers
    Station 2 – reverse lung walk 10 steps, forward lunge walk 10 steps
    Station 3 – 15 jump squats
    Station 4 – 10 high knee to ass kicker (2 is 1)
    After 4, Go to blocks and then do this series 2x:
    20 curls (holding bottom edge of block, palms up_
    20 hammer curls (Hold block vertically, Palms facing each other)
    20 merkins
    15 press
    20 front raises
    20 merkins
    AMRAP for 30 minutes.
    then we played follow the leader.
    Blocks on cone 1, PAX lined up
    PAX 1 and 2 carried blocks overhead to 1st cone while rest of PAX planks.
    When PAX 1 and 2 reached cone 1, all PAX did 10 2 is 1 flutter kicks.
    PAX 1 and 2 went to cone 2, PAX 3 and 4 went to cone 1
    When PAX 1 and 2 reached cone 2, we all did 10 hello dolly’s and 10 2 is 1 flutter kicks
    Pax 1 and 2 to cone 3, PAX 3 and 4 to cone 2, PAX 5 and 6 to cone 1
    Then we did 10 Mule kicks, 10 hello dolly’s, 10 2 is 1 flutter kicks
    PAX 1 and 2 to cone 4, 3 and 4 to 3, 5 and 6 to 2, 7 to 1.
    then we did 10 2 is 1 peter parkers, 10 mule kicks, 10 hello dolly’s, 10 2 is 1 flutter kicks.
    1 and 2 then planked while everyone else moved, and when all PAX have moved past a cone, drop the exercise.

    First round sucked, second round was worse as went solo.

    Then we did one more round of the leg stations and ended with a Moby “flower” pushup party.

    Ended with a COT/BOM Bongo was the 6 and loves us so much. we prayed for strength, patience, and compassion during this season.
