Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    To plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership.

    Free of Charge.
    Open to all Men.
    Held Outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold.
    Led by Men on a rotating basis who participate in the workout with no training or certification-meaning you must be aware of your own limitations.

    RUN Up Ramp to Stairs:

    35- Lt. Dans (2 is 1)
    35- Crab Cakes (2 is 1)
    35- American Hammers (2 is 1)

    RUN Up Ramp to Front Street:

    35- Imperial Walkers (2 is 1)
    35- Scissor Kicks
    35- Never Cross Dolly

    RUN Down Ramp to Stairs:

    35- Merkins
    35- V-Up Roll Up (4 count = 1)
    35- Big Boy Sit Ups

    RUN Down Ramp Bottom of Stairs:

    Plank until all have completed.

    Circle Up: PAX choice around the circle for 12 reps each.
