The Q:

Shops at Fallen Timbers

boot camp, Maumee

Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    The Beatdown:
We briefly went through the exercises and the process of the beatdown. We start with a bag full of golf balls, each one with a different number and letter on it which told you which Battle Station and which Exercise you were to do.. We did a lap around the coarse, counted off in groups of 3 and got started.. The Battle Statons wer:
Station 1 – The Log Pit
    A 10 Log Curls/Overhead Press
B 10 Lt. Dans with Log
C 10 Jump Squat Calf Raises

Station 2 – The Fire Pit
    A 25 Basketball Merkins
    B 25 Decline Merkins
    C 10 Burpees

    Station 3 – The Lot
A 25 Yard Bear Crawl / Crawl Bear Return
    B 40 Yard Car Push X 2
    C 100 Jump Ropes

We ended in the circle of trust, did a Counterama and a Namerama. Mercy was the six. It was awesome to hear from such a HIM. He is definitely one of the many people who are in F3 that lead with their actions and how they live their lives. We went through announcements (Convergence, 2.0 Beatdown) and ended in prayer. A quick note from this Beatdown, Pennywise was back after a taking a period of R and R. It was great to have you back in the mix and getting some work in. Thanks to all the guys that busted butt and helped me push my car!!
