Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

The Thang:
We had 4 stations 1 station was a run for the full 3 minute duration and the other 3 stations were three workouts per station. Each workout was 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. Due to the snow, I audibled excersises so that we would not have to lay in the snow.
Station 1: Merkins, Side Stradle Hops and Calf Raises.
Station 2: Inverted Merkins, Box Jumps and Dips.
Station 3: Imperial Walkers, Squats and Plank
Ended in COT and Prayer.
