Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

It was a thrill to be a part of this event, and has been a thrill to be a part of the growth in MAU. This has been able to happen because of everyone involved – from posting in the bad weather, to bringing thoughtful and excellent Qs, to stepping up and taking further leadership roles when the opportunities present. I am looking forward to see where MAU, the South, and F3 Toledo will be this time next year. Thank you to everyone that showed up – you made this a beatdown and celebration to remember. The vibe was electric.
