boot camp, Maumee

Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    In honor of the original Q Bourbon we started with 21 Super Secret Cadence Side Straddle Hops with a 5 burpee penalty, failed twice then moved on.
    We ran down the main strip and back stopping along the way to do Dips, Australian Merkins,Jump ups, Wall Sits, Incline Merkins, Decline Merkins. Back to the starting spot for ab work LBCs, Heels to Heaven, Hello Dollies, Hello Daddies. Then sprint to the first island 10 reps of and exercise then sprint to the next island. Exercises included Burpees, Merkins, Squats, Single Leg Deadlifts, Calf Raises, LBCs, Lt. Dans. Circled up did more Burpees to complete the challenge, low planks for 60 count, LBCs, Side Straddle Hops.
