Park on the west side of the lake at the first shelter.

Started with 5 Core Principles and warmed up with SSH
The Thang:
Pax ran around the pond to the boat lunch. As Pax arrived we got after it with 11s. Started at the top of the boat launch with Merkins and at the bottom of the boat launch pax did squats. After the first 11s was completed we started another round of 11s. Freddie Mercuries at the top of the boat launch and diamond merkins at the bottom of the boat launch. When all pax finished, we ran back to the parking lot and circled up as we had an FNG in attendance.
We finished with COA, NOA, FNG coming into the circle of trust and Prayer.
