Today we were visited by 4 ghosts: Jacob Marley and ghosts of Christmas past, present and future.
Each round included Merkins, Squats, Big Boy Situps and Mt Climbers 20, 10, 20, 30 reps for each respective round plus some pull ups in between.
Always an honor to lead this fine group of men on a nice and chilly morning.
