    Intro
    – 5 core principles

    – Lead by a member of the Pax in a rotation fashion (I am not certified or trained, You vs You)
    – Ends in a Circle of Trust
    – Mission – “To plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership”
    – Credo – “Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him.”

Pax were given a brief overview of our goals for the day, QIC let them know of appropriate catch phrases that can and should be used, and then the group embarked on their journey.

Benchmark from Ascent on May 26th was around 330. That mark was shattered with a 468 elevation gain today (over 3.25 miles in 45 minutes or so)! Q was a bit too excited and enthusiastic to break the record today, thankfully the Pax were game…especially Bambi, Cobra Commander, and Bull. Dauber expressed his disappointment that fun ‘Ole Caddyshack was now a training ground for Appalachian Trail wannabes (paraphrasing/embellishing). Looking forward to the Miller High Life Ruck! lol

    COT
    COR (10)
    NOR
6: Beaker – Love/hates the push, Rucks should be his easy day, Bambi & Nougat have “gone a different direction”.

Announcements: Lion Ruck to support Jimmy Dean’s family adoption, Ce the Light Glow Run to support the Justice for Sierra organization.

Prayers for Compassion, procedure for JD’s child, Pax that are hurting/ill, thanks for our physical ability to be active.

    Always an honor to lead
