The Q:

Levis Commons - Clock Tower

boot camp, Perrysburg

Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.

The idea was to embrace the gift of humilty. Not to think less of oneself but to think of yourself less.
All Partner Work. Same Partner the entire workout. Had to think of their state during the workout just as much as your own.

    100 Derkins as a team

Then go through each of these 4 sets at least once. If time permitted you could repeat any set you wanted.

As a team complete 100 reps combined total. 1 Pax can perform reps at a time while the other holds required position.
Set 1 – 100 Prayer Squat Jumps, Hold Position Al Gore
Set 2 – 100 Hand Release Merkins, Hold Position Plank
Set 3 – 100 Never Surrenders, Hold Position Warrior 1. YHC thought this would tax the legs, but holding the arms out straight was the unanimous worst part of the sets.
Set 4 – 100 Candlestick Burpees, Static position was chest level high knees. Slow lift but had to stretch the knees past the nips.

Cash Out – 100 Derkins as a combined team total. Pax had to make sure they left time to cash out or YHC said their sets didn’t count. A little strategy for the teams.

COR, NOR, Sipe was the six and always gives great examples and personal insight into his growth and journey in F3. Prayers for many new born or soon to be new born babies and mommies and daddies. All of us lucky enough to be fathers, don’t take a day for granted. Prayers for our PAX members struggling with personal health issues, mental or physical. And prayers for those struggling with addictions.
