Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.

Five Core Principles were covered
Next, we separated into two teams for two hand touch football. A change made on the fly… With an odd number of PAX, we put one additional always on defense. This proved to be much more difficult to score a touchdown and more changing to complete a pass.
No score was kept. The idea was to get in additional cardio and add a little fun as coming on the heels of a Disney trip was rather stressful.The game was fun, challenging, full of cardio, and of course a wet and muddy field!
