Due to my lack of tech savvy I used a timer instead of downloading a tabata timer to my phone. We ea set the timer to 1min and that person did a plank while everyone else did an exercise. When the minute was up the next in line did the minute plank. We occasionally took a lap around the parking lot
Due to Tupacs complaints we changed it up and did wall sits for a minute then an exercise, then more wall sits and so on for several rounds. Again we did occasionally take a lap around the parking lot.
Ended with Tupac as 6th
We had Churchill as a guest and had an extra 22 min workout in memory of a fallen soldier.
Awesome weather, great group, perfect start to the day
