Started with F3 Mission statement and 5 Core Values.
Due to Ice in the parking lot, the beatdown was modified from corners to telephone polls in the grass alongside the Cherry Street Mission.

Corner 2: 30 Reps

American Hammers- 2 is 1
Imperial Walker- 2 is 1
Corner 3: 30 Reps
Jump Squat
Lieutenant Dan’s

Corner 4: 15 Reps

We ran from each poll to the next exercise and then from the 4th poll back to the beginning for Repeato. Everyone completed at least one circuit. Some completed two.
