   Chillin at The Crucible – Another Huffy Production

   F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith
   Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
   Our Core Principles are: – Our workouts are:
   Are free of charge.
   Are open to all men.
   Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold.
   Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion.
   End with a Circle of Trust.
   We did a quick Side Straddle Hop warm up. Went over a few of the newer exercises, and got to work!
   The Beatdown:
   Chillin at the Crucible
   4 lines at 5 yards apart. One exercise at a time. At the 1st line 4 reps, 2nd line 8 reps, 3rd line 12 reps, and 4th line 16 reps.

   We ended in the Circle of Trust. Huck was the 6. This man is a HIM and a driving force for 3rd F Charity Events, giving the PAX opportunities to be the men they were created to be doing good in the community. Love and Respect to you big time Huck!! We ended in announcements and prayer.
