The morning kicked off with F3 principles, a you vs. you affirmation, and group warm up and stretching with a lap around the campus.
We had enough cinder blocks to feed 50 men hungry men, so we began with 25 Hacksaw Death-Presses with Plank Tucks. The PAX and YHC hit delirium at some point and the rest of the Beatdown became kind of blurry. Through the sweat and cinder blocks, I remember a few exercises:
– handstand wall walks
– cinderblock hops
– single leg wall thrust ups
– Klinger kicks
– wall sits
– Merkin medley (normal cinderblock + staggered on ground)
