The morning kicked off with F3 principles, a you vs. you affirmation, and group warm up.
After a lap around the school campus, the PAX hit the field for some:
Last Minute Christmas Shopping – broken into teams of two at the center of the field, one man from each group stayed and held plank while his partner ran to grab a gift from one of the four corners of the field. Once retrieved, he brought the gift back to the center where he handed it off to his partner to drop back in the bag (gift return) and then rendezvous back at the 50. This was done at each of the four corners of the field until complete. Repeat-o, except instead of gifts at the four corners, the preformed 5 reps of one of the following at each corner: side straddle hops, merkins, squats, and mountain climbers.
Lunge 10 & Give: The PAX lunged 10 yards, bear crawled 5 and then performed 5 reps of a member of the PAX. Repeat until each member of the PAX had they’re chance to give a gift. YHC was the last to give and the PAX crab walked from the 15 yard line to the 50, sprinted to the goal line, performed 20 merkins, sprinted to the 30 and back to the goal line to perform another set of merkins.
YHC called it a wrap at 6:10!
