Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    We had 11 hardy men work out this morning. We worked out in the church parking lot and use its parking space lines. The workout went as follows: at line 1 you did 1 rep, line 2-2 reps, line 3 -4 reps, line 4 – 8 reps, line 5-16 reps, line 6-32 reps and line 7-64 reps. At the end of each round of exercises we did 250 jump rope skips. So round on was merkins. Round two was over head presses with a cement block. Three was standing bicycle, the next sets were all with a block, curls, squats, American twists and lateral pulls. One in our group got to the burpee round. we ended in a circle of trust. Attending were Dave Flo Walbom, Dan Casper Kubacki, Matt Stark Yarder, Jake Jennay Wittmer, Scott Geppetto Schutt, Chris Charmin Tracy, Bill Chanel Colon, John Huffy Peer, Marius Nimbus Paulikas , Brian Ponzi Coil and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble
