Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
Clouds parted and there was no rain between 6-7am at the Fuse.
Thank to the 5 men who came out this morning to its was a nice time working to get better!
Ramano repeat for showing up early to pre run we may have to add this activity to future Sunday’s. Beaker, Bullock, Sideshow, Mayor, Ramano and I warmed up a bit then worked wEating ducks through boxers, spider planks, merkins, more boxers, side leaps, lt. Dan’s, swat push ups, rucks off Mtn climbers, Freddys, starfish, more merkins, Ruck on Lt Dan’s more boxers and the cool down was my favorite sun salutations. 2nd F after great conversation that you Sideshow.
