Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    We started at 6:00 with the core principles in the constant rain. Track was locked up so setup the stations in the parking lo at 4 corner. Today’s beatdown 9 Stations set up 22 reps of each movement Station 1: 22 Merkins, 22 Burpees,22 Diamond Merkins RUN to next station
    Station 2: 22 Squats, 22 Lt Dans ,22 Jungle Boy Squats, cf Run or Bear crawl to next station
    Station 3:22 Big boys 22 LBCs, 60 seconds count out or use watch Plank :RUN to next station
    Station 4:22 Mt Climbers 2 is 1, 22 imperial Walkers, 22 Lunges 2 is 1: Run or Bear crawl to next station.
    After the completion of time, we ran headed to the parking lot for the COT.
    Sipe was the 6. He expressed what the 3Fs mean to him. Physically 1st F keeps him going daily. Staying consistent; after a while getting warmed up the weather does not matter. 2nd F, he considers all his brothers and said “I love you all guys, I really do” Finally 3rd F, Sipe shared because of F3 he is more open about his faith.
    Prayers were said for Pinewoods sick Wife, Jake the snakes mother passing and just being thankful during this time. It is always an honor to lead.
