Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Today 7 pax’s enjoyed some hair bands.

    The pax’s were Tweety, Beaker, Rudy, Mayor, Sideshow, Bullock, and Sipe.

    We went to the tennis courts and started with suicides but then went to exercises between sprints.

    The exercises were on one end down on three up on one merkins and on the other end squats, reverse lunges, dips, leg lifts, American hammers, Freddie Mercury, lbc’s, big boy sit ups

    Beaker brought the mullet.

    Always an honor.
