Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Welcome, 5 core principles, no FNGs

    Told story of Will Lindsay, special forces that was KIA in 2019. This was a GORUCK WOD. 4 exercise for his 4 daughters, 10 reps for the 10th special forces group, and 1 mile ruck with sandbag (modified with cinder block) for his wife.

    Most PAX wore ruck sack

    10 rounds
    10 ruck squats
    10 ruck merkins
    10 ruck hammers
    10 ruck high pulls
    1 mile ruck with weight at anytime

    Completed 5 rounds then rucked with cinder block around school 2 times (1 mile), returned to complete last 5 rounds

    COT, count o Rama, name o Rama, 6 (ticket), announcements, intentions/prayer
