Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Work out:
    – Track work
    + 100 yard dash straight aways, walk the turns (4x around the track for a mile and 8 100 yard dashes)
    – Bleacher work
    + 25 incline merkins
    + run up/down the stairs
    + 25 decline merkins
    + run up/down the stairs
    + 25 dips
    + run up/down the stairs
    + 50 air presses
    + run up/down the stairs
    + *REPEATO*
    – Field work
    + 25 partner big boy sit ups
    + 25 partner kicks
    + 25 leg lifts
    + 50 yard partner pitch and catch with the football
    – 4 drops resulted in 10 merkins each drop
    – Misc
    + 38 merkins to end for Goose’s birthday
    + Gap as the 6 “Nothing more proud than having my son joining me at the workouts”
