Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    The Beatdown:
We warmed up with Motivators and Chain Breakers and began the Olympics.
We broke off into 2 groups of 3. There was 3 stations 1, 2, and 3, and had 3 tasks per station A, B, and C. A PAX member from each team would draw a ball from the ball bag. A different number and letter on each ball designates the station and task to be completed. The tasks were:
    Station #1
    A 15 Diamond Merkins / 15 Wide Merkins 30 Reps
B Pivot Jump Shots 25 Reps
C Jump Squat Calf Raises 25 Reps

    Station #2
A Walking Imperial Walkers 1 Round Trip
    B Sprints 2 Round Trips
    C Push’in Huffy’s Hooptie 1 Round Trip

    Station #3
A Kettle Bell Swings 20 Reps
    B Curls 30 Reps
    C Man Makers 10 Reps
We ended in the COT with with the Count-O-Rama / Name-O-Rama with Johnny as the 6. He talked about how F3 had continues to improve his life though the strong bonds with the PAX. Personal time without taking away from family time. Didn’t have any announcements besides looking forward to the Winter Challenge. We ended in prayers. It is always an honor to workout at the Fuse and even more of an honor to Q. Its been a while since my last Q and the PAX got me through some of the basics. Always like making the PAX push my hooptie. (No Basketball Merkins today) I just hope to be able to return the Blessings I get from the Fuse PAX. Thanks Brothers!!!
