Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

MATH IS HARD
Weather: 50ish, clouds clearing out and a bit damp.
PAX: Johnny, Bullock, Kasem, Boo Boo, Speedo, Red (6), Mulcahy, Hedgehog, Mr. Belding, FNG (HIPPA), Pinewood (Q)
Circled up in the nice damp parking lot at the Fuse at 6:30. Went through the 5CPs, Creedo and Mission for the FNG. Warmed up a bit with the classic SSH and windmills then moseyed out to the track for the fun.
THE THING:
I forgot how many reps we did of each because math is hard but it was between 10 and 50 for each exercise.
Merkins, LBCs then ran to the far side of the track.
Burpees, wide merkins, BBSU, ran back to the other side.
Burpees, LBCs then ran back to the far side.
Diamond merkins, carolina dry docks then headed to the bleachers.
We did 4 rounds of 25 dips and 24 step ups (1 is 1) then back on the track
25 crunchy frogs, 25 forward bicycles, 25 backward bicycles then ended with klinger kicks w/ holds
We finished off with an indian run around the track, 5 burpees and then 10 6-count merkins.
Closed out back at the flag with the CoR and NoR. Red bringing in a solid 6 with his gratefulness for 1F and 2F. FNG came into the circle stating he knew Belding but he couldn’t tell us how due to HIPPA…. so he left the circle with HIPPA as his name. Announcements for the weekend retreat and Sunday yoga. Closed out in prayer to start our beautiful weekend.
