Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Bullock, Red, Kasem, Tupac, Smails and some runners… Flush, Mulcahy, Patch, and Ollie.
    50 SSH 4 count
    Windmills
    Blocks and dumbbells to the stadium stairs
    Run the stairs
    20 merkins
    20 LBC’s
    10 inch worm Peter Parker’s
    20 squat thrusters with block or dumbbells
    Repeat
    Completed 3 rounds
    Back to the lot for planks chatter with the runners
    And off the coffeeteria.
