boot camp, Sylvania

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Started off with the 5 core principles.
    Moseyed on over to the track. Did a warm up lap
    Did a Tabata style workout, every minute on the minute we would do:
    5 Big boys
    10 Merkins
    10 Mt. Climbers
    15 Squats

    Did this ten times then we would do a lap around the track.

    Did three rounds for a total of. :
    150 big boys
    300 Merkins
    300 Mt Climbers
    450 Squats
    And ran 1 mile.

    Ended in COT and NOR.
    Tidwell (me) was the six. Talked about how I was coming up on my one year anniversary with F3 and what the group has meant to me. The push to workout and the camaraderie of the group is special. Been a blessing in my life.
