Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Weather conditions were 46 degrees and light rain. 3 met up for a tribute to the Detroit Lions great Matt Stafford where we were dazzled with fun facts about his historic NFL career.

    Warmed up with a lap around the school.

    The Thang:
    Run lap around the school
    ***wears number 9***
    -Inchworms w/ 9 merkins at every cone to 50 yard line
    -Walking lunges with high knee and hold
    -5 burpees at cone (every 10 yards) to end line
    -suicides (every 10 yards with final being 60 yards out)

    -Inch worms followed by 9 Diamond Merkins (every 10 yards).
    -Walking lunches w/ knee hold…9 squat jacks (every 10 yards)
    -60 yard line suicides

    -Mosey to bleachers for Dips (x35 IC)

    -Mosey to wall for dirty hook ups (x20 IC)

    Mosey to bleachers for dips (x35 IC)

    Mosey to wall for dirty hookups (x20 IC)

    Mosey to bleachers for dips (x30 IC)

    Circled up for COT.

    Hadn’t been out on a Sunday morning in awhile and really enjoyed it even with the weather being lousy. Thanks to Klinger and Sipe for the push and for joining.
