Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    So north challenged the south this day and we did the same iron pax’s workout in two different places.

    5 laps around the track
    30 single arm hammer curls (2 is one) (25 lbs dumbbells recommenced)
    25 hr merkins
    50 lbc’s

    3 laps around the track
    15 single arm hammer curls
    20 hr merkins
    50 lbc’s

    3 laps around the track
    20 diamond merkins
    15 hr merkins
    50 lbc’s

    1 lap around the track
    20 diamond merkins
    10 hr merkins
    50 lbc’s


    The 9 pax’s were: Bullock, Simmons, Rubble, Gap, Nails, Mayor, Speedo, Doyt, and Sipe.
