1. Four Cones, Bear crawl to cone dragging your cinderblock
2. Cone #1 – Decline merkin x 10
3. Cone #2 – Squat with block to chest x 10
4. Cone #3 – Curls x 10
5. Cone #4 – Lunges x 10x
6. Return to start carrying block above your head x 10
7. Repeato 1-6 4x
8. Partner up – broken wheelbarrow to each cone and back alternating partner at each cone. Smoked by that.
