Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    A great morning it was we 8 outstanding you did men did our best to except use in a manner that Roy Benavidez would have approved of after warm up we went straight into 4 sets of each 30 sec on 7 sec off big boys, crunchy frogs, star fish, American hammers. Triple merkin burpees. Hand release Merkins, hedgehog somehow still beat everyone… high planks for sideshow low for the hog, squat sets, skaters, back lunges, wall sit curls while we tried our best to count.
    Mater, Sipe, Bullock, Hedgehog, Sideshow, Tupac, Gap, Smails and someone said Huckleberry showed up for a point by I did not see him. A pleasure, as was coffee after.
