Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    On this day Sipe took some revenge on Bullock for the prior Sunday when Bullock destroyed Sipe’s legs with lunges.

    Warmups were SSH, windmills, and squats.

    The first move was something we haven’t seen since Hedgehog introduced it at Pride Rock about February 2019: 21 down- which is partner up then one does 21 pushups then the other does 21 pushups, then the first does 20 pushups, then the other does 20 pushups, then 19 etc down to 1.

    After that we took a lap around tamo.

    Next we did tabata merkins: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 3:50.

    After a final lap, we ended.

    The pax’s were Nails, Gap, Smails, Bagels, Bullock, and Sipe.

    Always an honor.

    Then another lap.

    Next in cadence we did windshield wipers, lbc’s, tick tock abs, and flutter kicks.
