Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    25 Overhead Press with Cinder
    50 curls with cinder
    75 bent over curls with cinder
    100 walking lunges
    25 yard sprint
    100 merkins
    25 yard sprint
    100 air squats
    75 overhead press with cinder
    50 curls with cinder
    25 bent over rows with cinder
    1 Mile run
    Coffeeteria at Tim Hortons
