Today’s workout was meant to give the upper body a break and focus on legs and abs.
Round 1: 10reps ABS / 30reps LEGS
Round 2: 20reps ABS / 20reps LEGS
Round 3: 30reps ABs / 10reps LEGS
Round 4: 20reps ABs / 20reps LEGS

Up and down 3 sets of stairs on the home team bleachers

Up and down the last 3 sets of stairs

Indian Run around the track and on to the next round!
PAX killed it with 3.5 rounds which equates to almost 900 steps and 250 AB crushing reps.
