Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    52 PAX posted after weeks of social distancing to celebrate multiple leadership changes in F3 Toledo! Weather was warm, humid, little to no breeze. Didn’t matter – hard work was accomplished!!

    5 Core Principles
    Mission Statement

    PAX counted off by 3’s and split into 3 groups. 3 stations were set up around the Fuse campus, and groups rotated through each station once they completed the station as a group. Minnie was leader for Group 1, Mayor for Group 2, and YHC for Group 3. Stations were as follows:

    Station #1 Tennis Courts
    11’s – Merkins & American Hammers
    Once complete, Bear Crawl all the way down and backwards run back to start

    Station #2 Track
    Run 4 laps, stopping at each 200m (halfway around) to perform 2 exercises. Do both exercises at each stop.
    -Lap #1: 20 Squats + 20 Plank Jack Shoulder Taps
    -Lap #2: 15 Lunges (2:1) + 20 Mountain Climbers (2:1)
    -Lap #3: 20 Carolina Dry Docks + 20 LBC’s
    -Lap #4: 10 Burpees + 20 Flutter Kicks (4:1)

    Station #3 West Stadium Stairs
    -Partner Up
    -Partner #1 runs up and down each aisle way
    -Partner #2 performs 7 Dips + 7 Derkins on repeat until Partner #1 returns
    -Continuous cycle until each partner completes 6 rotations

    Everyone almost got through each station. Last rotation was cut short due to time constraints.

    Next, the 3 Leadership changes were announced:
    1. Tidwell giving up Site Q duties at the Fuse to Mayor
    2. Trinity giving up 1st F Q duties to Minnie
    3. YHC giving up role of Nantan to Brute

    We are blessed to have an abundance of leaders in F3 Toledo, and quality men are giving up their positions to other #HIM! Good luck to all those stepping into their new roles – really looking forward to where we go from here.

    4 Groups, one on each corner of practice soccer field, 1 pax from each group flips a card over and runs to next group, midway does 26 SSH in honor of Officer Dia who was 26 when he lost his life on 7/4/20. Once at next group a new card is picked and the group exercises until the next Pax member shows up.

    5’s – Squats
    6’s – Burpee’s
    7’s – Plank
    8’s – Bonnie Blairs
    9’s – Jump Squats
