Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Welcome, No FNGs, 5 core principles

    Warm up lap around school.
    Explain workout
    First station (East side of parking lot – 10 Burpees, 10 Stump Huggers, Bear Crawl to next station (approx- 30 yds)
    Second station – 20 squats, 20 American Hammers, Lunge to next station (approx 20 yds)
    Third station – 30 merkins, 30 Freddy Mercury’s, Sprint to next station (approx 40 yds)
    Fourth station – 40 Monkey Humpers, 40 Klinger Kicks
    When fourth station is complete do workout with movement backwards
    backpedal to third station (30 merkins, 30 Freddy Mercury’s)
    Backward Lunge to second station (20 squats, 20 American Hammers)
    Crawl bear to station one and repeato the workout

    COT – Count o Ramo, Name o Ramo, 6, Announcements, Intentions/Prayer
