Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    5 Core Principles

    Warm Up – Mosey to bus parking lot
    -Mosey to bus parking lot
    -Cross Country skier (IC)
    -High Knees (IC)
    -Butt Kicks (IC)
    -Arm Circles
    -Imperial Walker (IC)

    Mosey to Tennis Courts
    -11’s with Americans & Plank Jack Shoulder Taps

    Mosey to Track
    -3 laps stopping halfway for 30 reps of Squats on one end and 30 reps of Air Presses at other end

    Mosey to Parking lot
    -6 Minutes of Mary:
    Bicycle Crunch 15
    Elbow Plank 45 sec
    Leg Lifts 10
    American Hammer 20
    Mountain Climber 15
    Side Plank 45 sec each side

    -Know the 6: Sipe
    -Prayer Intentions
