Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    Warmup lap around parking lot, then cadence of side straddle hops then squats.

    Workout: did 5 laps of 5 stations. First lap 30 reps, 2nd 25, 3rd 20, 4th 15, 5th 10
    1st station: Merkins
    2nd station: LBCs
    3rd station: Carolina Dry Docks
    4th station: American Hammers
    5th station: Flutter Kicks
    Pick up the 6 when done

    Then we did 1 more lap:
    1st station: 40 Squats
    2nd Station: 40 Jump Squats
    3rd station: Lunge to the next station (about 60 total lunges)
    4th station: 50 merkins
    5th station 20 Lt Dans finished as a group

    6 Slurpee
