Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    2: 30 curls, 30 overhead triceps, 30 upright rows, 30 bent over rows, 30 shrugs
    3: 40 flutter kicks (2is1), 40 bicycles (2is1), 40 big boy sit-ups, 40 American hammers (2is1), 40 LBCs, 40 Penguins (2is1)
    4: Ladder workout: one leg in each, 2 feet in each, side shuffle, side shuffle, karaoke.
    5: 20 merkins, 20 right side diamond merkins, 20 ride side wide merkins, 20 merkins, 20 left side diamond merkins, 20 left side wide merkins, 20 merkins
